BJJ - NO GI
No Gi BJJ is an effective addition to traditional BJJ training. In No Gi BJJ participants usually wear rash guards and shorts. Grabbing your opponent's clothing is prohibited. This encourages an exciting faster paced style of grappling with the aim of obtaining a submission using submission holds.
